Buying at CyberAuctions

Attending a CyberAuction is fun and exciting. Here are the four steps to buying at auction.

1. Registration

First-time visitors must register an account by filling out the registration form. You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate. Registration is free, and there is no obligation to buy.

We do not sell your personal data to any mailing list. If you are already registered, please log in.

2. Bidding

Click Auctions to view the active online catalog. When you find an item of interest, click it for details and to bid. Review the full description, terms and conditions, and buyer’s premium before placing your bid.

If a lot contains multiple items, you are charged once for the lot. For example, if a lot of four chairs sells for $40, you pay $40 plus the buyer’s fee, not $40 per chair.

For security, you must enter your password each time you bid unless you enable Pro-Bid. You may also use the Max Bid feature by entering the highest amount you are willing to pay. The system will automatically bid for you up to that amount. Earlier bids win tie bids.

You will be notified by email if you are no longer the high bidder. You can also check your bids from your Personal Control Center by selecting Dashboard.

Bidding Errors

Placing a bid is an irrevocable offer to buy an item at the bid price. Bids will not be cancelled simply because a bidder changes their mind. If you make an error, contact us immediately through the online email system and explain why the bid needs to be cancelled.

3. Paying

If you are the winning bidder, you will receive an email asking you to pay your invoice. Payments may be made online at cyberauctions.com through your Personal Control Center, or in person at pickup.

Outstanding and past invoices can also be found in your Personal Control Center. It is your responsibility to complete the purchase after winning a bid.

Payment is generally made by Visa or MasterCard. Your bankcard statement may show Ehli Auctions or Ehli Industrial, LLC.

Some sellers may have special payment requirements, especially for vehicles, real estate, or totals of $2,000 or more. Review the auction details for location and payment instructions.

4. Shipping

Each auction has its own terms and conditions. The terms will show where the auction is located and whether shipping is available.

We do not offer shipping for on-site auctions that are not held at Ehli Auctions. Many items require in-person pickup, including hazardous materials, fragile items, unusually shaped lots, and similar items.

If shipping is required, add your order to the shipping queue. Make sure you have a valid card and address on file. The shipping manager will contact you. Do not pay your invoice until instructed by the shipping manager.

CyberAuctions.com is the online division of Ehli Industrial, LLC. The principals of Ehli Industrial, LLC are third- and fourth-generation auctioneers.

All items are sold “AS IS”, with no warranty expressed or implied by CyberAuctions.com, Ehli Industrial, LLC, Ehli Auctions, or its consignors.

Our company and consignors specifically disclaim the implied warranties of title, merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Exceptions

Many items sold at CyberAuctions.com are in original packaging and may include a factory warranty. Sellers may also occasionally provide their own warranties or guarantees.
